Aggregate, anonymized data derived from your usage may be retained indefinitely as part of lupa.'s product intelligence, but it will not be attributable to you.

We work with a small set of trusted third-party services to operate lupa. These include infrastructure providers, payment processors, and analytics tools. Each is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements with us. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
We do not integrate with advertising networks, data brokers, or audience intelligence platforms.

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data within lupa. is restricted to personnel who need it to operate the service. We conduct regular security reviews.
